What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day full refund policy if you change your mind, customers are responsible for shipping the products back for the refund. If there are any defects in our product, we will send you a replacement completely free of charge, and we will cover the shipping cost.

How fast is your shipment?

Once we receive your order, it will take up to 2 business days to process it. Then we will ship out your order via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. The estimated shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your location. Therefore, your order's expected arrival time is 2-7 business days from the time you place the order.

Is your poster up to date?

We check updates daily and guarantee that our poster is up to date by the time of your order. If by any chance we send out an outdated poster, we will replace it for free and cover the shipping cost. However, we are not responsible for any update after the time of your order, but you can still get a refund or replacement for just the cost of shipping it back within 30 days.

Do you accept bulk orders or customizations?

What is labor law poster and why do I need it?

Are spanish labor law posters required?

Where do you donate your profit?

Currently, our eBay store is donating to the Alzheimer's Association to support the research of age-related diseases with every purchase. The profit from our website will be calculated annually, and 10% of it will be donated to either a university to support education, or other charities that focus on environmental protection. If there is a recent natural disaster, we will donate to help out disaster relief.
